The Hartford Area Chamber of Commerce will be hosting their 4th Annual Chamber Golf Classic on Wednesday, August 4, with a 9 am shot gun start.
The Golf Classic is open to anyone that would like to participate, according to Chamber and Economic Development Director Amy Farr. “It’s just a fun event to bring Chamber members and the community together for a great day!” Farr said.
This event will take place at the Central Valley Golf Course in Hartford and is an 18-hole scramble for a four-person team. Farr explained there will be pin prizes given away and a putting contest with the winner taking home a new putter.
If you or your business/organization is interested in donating items for the event, you can contact Farr at amy.farr@hartfordsd.us or drop off donated items at the Hartford City Hall. Donations will be taken until August 2.
