Bobbi Anderson, daughter of Gene and Marjorie (Nelson) Anderson, was born August 3, 1950, in Bryant. She grew up there and graduated from Bryant High School with the class of 1968.  Following high school, she attended Nettleton College in Sioux Falls. Bobbi was united in marriage to Richard Carlson in 1977. Through her working years, she was employed with Rich Bros., Pitney Bowes, CitiBank and retired from Esurance.

In her spare time, she enjoyed bird watching and watching T.V. Most important to her was her family. “Grandma B” as she was affectionately known was a wonderful mom and grandma. She will always be remembered for her laugh, huge heart and love of Minnesota Twins baseball.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Rich (Lisa) Carlson of Sioux Falls and Rand Carlson of Crooks; grandchildren, Shannon, Richie and Hayes; brother, Rick (Jan) Anderson of Arlington; sister, Pam (David) Gunderson of Blackhawk; and stepdaughter, Carmen (Jason) Rochelle Carlson and her daughter, Natasha Hebbring all of New Castle, Wyo.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Richard, in 1996.
