TJz Bar and Restaurant jump-started their weekend by hosting a BINGO fundraiser for the Colton Country Days (CCD) on Friday, November 19.
The fundraiser led to a full house of family and friends that were able to help CCD raise some money for their upcoming event all while being able to play some BINGO and win some prizes.
CCD committee members Heather Bunde and Jenae Klein explained the committee did two drawings throughout the BINGO fundraiser, one for honey baked ham and another one for butter ball turkey. The committee gave away six hams and six turkeys along with over $600 of pot split. In addition to that, there was a 50/50 drawing with the winner taking home $110, according to Bunde and Klein.
“It was a great success and we are so grateful for everyone that came out to support us,” said CCD committee members.
According to the committee, CCD will be holding another BINGO fundraiser again for November 2022 and CCD is currently scheduled for July 22-24, 2022.
