Main Street Humboldt Bar will be sponsoring Humboldt’s second ever Ribfest on Saturday, September 11.
Contestants are supplied with ribs at no cost and will be required to cook 15 racks of ribs for the contest. Serving starts at 4 pm on Main Street.
Prizes will be awarded for the top four winners. The first-place winner will take home $400, second place will receive $300, third place lands $200, and fourth place receives $100.
A street dance to cap off the event will start at 8:30 pm.
