For the past 28 years, volunteer Joan McNamara has been offering her services to the West Central Hartford Elementary School. McNamara, 94, started in 1992 and has been helping out every Tuesday morning since.
The school staff is hopeful she will continue to grace them with her smile and help for many years to come.
