As the summer days get warmer over the next week, Hartford residents are taking advantage of the open pool. The pool is open every day this summer, with the exception of July 4.  Their daily hours are 1-5 p.m. and 6:30-8:30 p.m. for regular swim, and open swimming will also be available Monday through Friday…
